We Ship Worldwide

Our shipments are packaged and send out within 3-7 days of order (unless its is for Eid or ramadan)

• U.S estimated Shipping: 3-9 days (tracking included)
• Canadian estimated Shipping: 3-14 days (tracking included)
• Europe: 16-21 days estimated (tracking included)
• Australia:16-33 days estimated  (tracking included)

• If there is a free shipping promotion, then only shipping costs will be excluded.
• Customs duty fees may vary depending on your order and the country of delivery. The obligation to pay customs duty depends on the policies of the country of delivery.
• It is not Veilandco's responsibility to pay taxes on any customs-cleared order.
• No Custom fees in Canada and USA
• Customs May Apply In the EU, and rest of the world (please contact us), if you have any question or concerns.

Return policy

NO Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at veilandco.ca@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect and we will asses accordingly.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time (no more then 2 days) whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
